The company premises occupy 3000㎡ with a full set of first-class production and testing equipment. We have the most advanced 12mm CNC automatic spring machine, which can manufacture springs with the minimum wire diameter ranges from 0.03mm -12mm.
We are the first company in Shenzhen, owns CNC spring machine and CNC wire bending machine to produce springs and forming parts with the wire diameter below 12mm. We have a full set of springs testing equipment’s.
The main products of LaiYue High Precision Co., Ltd include various kinds of springs, such as battery spring, crafts spring, precision spring, extension spring, torsion spring, antenna spring, stationery spring, compression spring and shaped spring etc. We also provide turned part, rivet, screw and metal stamping parts.
Our products are widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, toys, locks, stationery, baby carriage, bicycle, gifts, crafts, kitchen appliances, cameras, printers, office equipment, precision equipment and various modes of transportation etc.
We manufacture industrial springs include clutch springs, compound spring, staring spring, return spring, cushion spring, and etc. These springs are mostly used in automobile industry.
